Steps
1. Cut the pork into large pieces, blanch in a pot and then cut thin slices.
2. Put the cut meat slices in a small pot and pour in the cooking wine.
3. Pour in two spoons of soy sauce, mix well.
4. Add ginger slices and sesame leaves and marinate for 24 hours.
5. Arrange the marinated meat slices on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet and spread with barbecue sauce.
6. Place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, in the upper and lower layers at the same time.
7. After 15 minutes, take out the baking dish and turn the meat over, spread the other side of the meat with barbecue sauce, and then bake for another 5 minutes.
