1-2 ham sausages

Cheese moderate

Flour moderate

Pure water moderate

Breadcrumbs moderate

Ketchup/Thousand Island dressing according to personal taste

Egg 1 (can't be added)

Directions for the cheesy hot dog sticks ?

Ham sausage cut in half and stick through

Melt cheese (put in steamer or microwave or oven)

Mix flour with purified water (can add an egg)

Ham sausage coated with cheese (can be slices of cheese as well)

Then covered in batter

Finally coated with breadcrumbs ?

Place in a frying pan and fry until golden brown

Add some ketchup or Thousand Island dressing for extra flavor.
