Baked rice with broccoli, beef and cheese
Blanch the fat beef, scoop it up, and mix well with wine and soy sauce for later use.
Boil the water in the pot, add salt and a little olive oil (ordinary cooking oil can be used without olive oil), add chopped broccoli and cook for a while. Take it out for later use.
Slice Pleurotus eryngii, fry in butter, season with a little salt and sugar, and simmer for a few minutes. Out of the pot for later use.
Heat a pan, add butter, stir-fry onion, add rice, stir-fry, add milk, add salt, add pepper, stir-fry, and spread in a baking rice basin.
Spread beef, broccoli, Pleurotus eryngii and mozzarella cheese in turn. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 -20 minutes. If the color of the cheese has darkened before the time, it can be covered with aluminum foil to prevent the cheese from burning. )
