1 Soak in warm water
Soak the dragon fruit in warm water. Once it is no longer cold, you can eat it. There is no need to soak it for too long, and do not boil it. It is not easy. Controlling the temperature will lead to the heating temperature being too high. If it exceeds 70 degrees, the anthocyanins and vitamin C in the dragon fruit will be lost, affecting the nutritional value of the dragon fruit. 2 Crispy fried dragon fruit
1. Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder and water to make a crispy paste and let it sit for 10 minutes.
