Steps
1 .Wash fresh lamb liver and cut into thin slices.
2. Soak the thinly sliced ??lamb liver in water for 30 minutes.
3. Take out the mutton liver, drain the water, pour in a little vegetable oil, mix well and set aside.
4. Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into large pieces.
