Steps
1. Wash the cabbage well.
2. Separate the stalks from the leaves.
3. Subdivide half of the leaves into two more pieces.
4. Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, then blanch the leaves until they are soft and cooked.
5. Vegetable stems are blanched separately.
6. Blanched leaves and stalks into cold water, cooled and then fished out and drained.
7. Take a leaf, fold it and then roll it up, roll it into a small roll. Put the rolled leaves in a bowl, cut the stalks short and lay them on top of the leaves.
8. Mince the garlic.
9. Chili pepper cut into inch pieces.
10. Put the garlic and chili in a bowl.
11. Sprinkle sugar.
12. Pour in the rice vinegar, to soak through the stalks. Marinate for about half a day.
