Hand-grabbed cake
First, prepare 600 grams of ordinary flour, add 3 grams of edible salt, then add 400 ml of warm water with a temperature of about 55 degrees, stir it with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, and knead it into soft dough. Wake up after kneading 10 to 15 minutes.
After waking up, take out the dough and knead it on the chopping board. First knead it into long strips, then cut it into the same size with a knife, knead a dough into an oval shape, and wake it for 35 minutes.
The most important thing is to make cakes with pastry. Next, we make cakes. Add 15g flour and 1 tsp salt, and then add a proper amount of cooked oil and mix well.
The next step is to roll out the waking bread with a rolling pin, and spread the dough evenly after rolling, which is the key to making cakes. Then put the bread layer by layer, finally put the tail under it, press it gently with your finger, and wake up for 5 minutes.
Then roll the cake into a circle with a rolling pin and roll it by hand.
Put the rolled crust into a preheated electric baking pan, and then turn it over before baking.
