6. After cooking for about half an hour, the duck head begins to soften. At this time, you can add five-spice powder and 13-spice powder. If you like Chili, you can also add some dried peppers. 7. Add some monosodium glutamate to the cooked duck head for seasoning, then put it into a small pot, prepare an alcohol stove under the small pot, and then add alcohol to let the duck head continue to cook, and the delicious dry pot duck head is ready.
