Exercise 1:
Ingredients: 200g rock sugar, 2 fresh lemons.
Steps:
1. Boil the sealed jar in water and dry it. Wash the lemons and dry them.
2. First sprinkle a layer of crystal sugar in the jar, slice the lemon, put a layer of lemon and sprinkle a layer of crystal sugar. Seal it in a cool and dry place for a week or two.
Exercise 2:
Ingredients: 2 lemons, 300g of single crystal rock sugar, 400ml of brewed white vinegar.
Steps:
1. Find a glass bottle, wash it, boil it in hot water and dry it for later use. The finished lemon after high temperature sterilization can be stored for a long time.
2. Dry the slices with lemon.
3. Single crystal rock sugar is mashed in garlic mortar.
4. Hold a slice of lemon and a spoonful of rock sugar with chopsticks and press them tightly.
5. Marinate the white vinegar for 7 days until the bottle is full of lemons.
