First, add salt.
Before adding the noodles, add a proper amount of salt to the boiling water. Salt can raise the boiling point of water, make it hotter, slow down the cooking speed of noodles and make it difficult for noodles to stick together.
Second, don't use fire.
Don't use fire to cook vermicelli. Because the dried noodles themselves are very dry, if they are cooked with fire and the water is too hot, it is easy to form mucous membranes on the surface of the noodles and cook them into rotten noodles.
Third, edible oil treatment.
Before cooking, put the noodles in water, add some cooking oil and stir well. This can form an oil film on the surface of noodles, reduce the friction between noodles, and thus reduce the possibility of noodles sticking together. It should be noted that the amount of oil added should not be too much, otherwise it will affect the taste of noodles.
Fourth, hot water treatment.
Before cooking, put the noodles in boiling water for 2 ~ 3 minutes, then take them out and soak them in cold water 1 ~ 2 minutes. This can remove some starch from the surface of noodles, reduce the friction between noodles and prevent noodles from sticking together. It should be noted that the cooking time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste of noodles.
5. Don't stir too much.
Excessive mixing of noodles will make them stick together more easily. When cooking noodles, gently stir them a few times, and then let the noodles spread naturally.
Set aside appropriate cooking time.
It takes longer to bake lasagna, usually 7 to 10 minutes. If cooked for too long, the noodles may become too soft and mushy. Pay attention to the time when cooking noodles and master the cooking time.
