What meat to use for barbecue?

Pork belly is used.

Preparation materials: 300g pork belly, half onion, one green pepper, half a spoon of salt, 10g pepper, 2 spoons light soy sauce, 3 spoons chili oil, 2 spoons oil, 10g cumin powder, 10g ginger slices, 5 cloves of garlic, and an appropriate amount of lettuce

1. Step 1: Slice onions and red peppers and set aside for later use, as shown in the picture below.

9. Adjust up and down to 200 degrees. 10 minutes, then adjust the temperature below to 180 degrees. Adjust the temperature of the upper tube to 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
