Pork belly is used.
Preparation materials: 300g pork belly, half onion, one green pepper, half a spoon of salt, 10g pepper, 2 spoons light soy sauce, 3 spoons chili oil, 2 spoons oil, 10g cumin powder, 10g ginger slices, 5 cloves of garlic, and an appropriate amount of lettuce
1. Step 1: Slice onions and red peppers and set aside for later use, as shown in the picture below.
2. Then cut the pork belly into small pieces and set aside for later use, as shown in the picture below.
3. Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, chili oil, minced ginger and garlic, and marinate, as shown in the picture below.
4. Then grab the onions and red peppers evenly and put them in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, as shown in the picture below.
5. Use toothpicks to skewer all the meat, onions and red peppers, as shown in the picture below.
6. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Adjust both the upper and lower tubes to 200 degrees, as shown in the picture below.
7. Then place the skewered meat skewers on the grill net, as shown in the picture below.
8. Put it in the oven, use a baking sheet underneath, and put tin foil on it to catch the oil, as shown in the picture below.
9. Adjust up and down to 200 degrees. 10 minutes, then adjust the temperature below to 180 degrees. Adjust the temperature of the upper tube to 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
10. When the time is up, you can take it out and put it on the lettuce, so the barbecue is ready.
