Exercise:
Step 1: Wash the shelled peanuts twice with cold water, then put a handful of salt in the water and let it stand for 10 minute after stirring, so that the soil on the peanut shells can be easily removed.
The second step, when soaking peanuts, prepare marinade, not too much, just make a few kinds of homemade ones, except for too much salt, to prevent eating too much fire and the marinade from being heavy; Soak in warm water to stimulate fragrance.

Step 4, pour peanuts and gravy into a small boiling pot, not too much water to avoid dilution of seasoning.
Step 5: After the fire boils, turn to low heat, cover the pot and stew for 10 minute, then turn off the fire and soak for 20 minutes. If you have enough time, soak until the soup becomes cold, the peanuts are fragrant and glutinous, and the juice is full and special.
