Steps:
1. Prepare chicken leg meat, remove the bones and cut into pieces. We used four small chicken legs.
2. Two spoonfuls of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, a little salt, a little sugar, and two spoonfuls of starch are evenly marinated for half an hour.
3. Put oil in the pan, fry the chicken, fry until the discolored sides are slightly burnt, and serve for later use.
4. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, spread the onion and ginger slices, garlic cloves and onion segments, spread the chicken on top, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minute.
5. Finally, pour a spoonful of white wine to enhance fragrance before taking out the pot, stir it evenly, then sprinkle with onion to decorate, and then take out the pot.
