Making Methods:
First Step: Blanch Ribs
Frying pan on the stove, add 3 bowls of water to the pan, pour the ribs into the pan, and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Use a spoon to skim off the froth in the pot, then fish out the ribs and put them in a large bowl for later.
Step 2: Make sweet and sour sauce
Pour the wine, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Tip: There is a secret sauce for making ribs, which is one part wine, two parts soy sauce, three parts sugar, four parts vinegar and five parts water. Remember one, two, three, four, five, the sauce will be easy.
Third step: firing ribs
1, fire on the pot, when the pot is hot, add cooking oil, stir fry onion, ginger, garlic. When bursting with flavor, add ribs.
2, ribs stir-frying slightly yellow, add water (diffuse over the ribs is appropriate). When the water boils, pour in the sweet and sour sauce and stir well. Cover the pot, change the small fire, prompt to let the sweet and sour sauce and ribs fusion absorption.
3, wait until only a little bit of sweet and sour sauce left in the pot, open the lid (30 minutes or so), high heat sauce, and spatula back and forth constantly stirring to prevent sticking. When the sweet and sour sauce is only a little left, ribs out of the pot plate, add a handful of sesame seeds, delicious sweet and sour pork is ready.
Delicious Tips: Put a little less soy sauce in the sauce, because it is easy to be salty when you need to collect the sauce at the end.
