Ingredients: shrimp, cucumber, carrot, fungus, egg, onion and garlic.
Exercise:
1. Wash shrimp, shell and open back, and fry eggs for later use.
Blanch the fungus, cucumber and carrot for 2 minutes, then put them in cold water and stand by.
