Preparation materials: 200 grams of corn flour, 200 grams of sugar and baking soda.
Steps:
1. Pour 200 grams of corn flour and 200 grams of white flour into a basin, add sugar and appropriate amount of baking soda and mix well.
2. Burn a cup of boiled water to make instant noodles.
3. Stir well with chopsticks.
4. After scalding, rub it evenly by hand and cover it with plastic wrap for 5- 10 minutes.
5. Baked dough can be put on the panel and kneaded into long strips, evenly divided into several portions, dipped in a little water with your palm, and kneaded into steamed bread one by one, or you can directly take the dough of the same size off the dough, dipped in a little water with your palm, and knead the dough into smooth steamed bread. Insert your finger into the bottom and dip in a little water, and turn it around, and the steamed bread is finished, which is relatively simple and does not need a panel.
6. Add a proper amount of water to the steamer, support a tripod at the bottom, sit on a shallow tray, and then put it into the prepared steamed bread.
7. Bring to a boil with high fire, and steam on medium fire for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the steamed corn.
