Five steps to prevent bean sprouts from rotting 1. Choose soybeans.
Soybean is easy to rot during germination, so how to keep soybean sprouts from rotting? First, you need to prepare some excellent soybeans, and then soak all the soybeans in a container filled with water. If there are floating soybeans, they need to be taken out in time, and the precipitated soybeans can be preserved.
Step 2 prepare the container
After selecting excellent varieties of soybeans, clean containers such as plastic boxes, plastic bottles and cylinders should be prepared, and holes can be punched in the bottom of the containers with needles, which can play a role in draining water and prevent soybeans from soaking and rotting in the containers. When preparing for germination, clean the container to prevent bacteria from infecting soybeans.
Step 3 cover with fine sand
First of all, you need to put the prepared soybeans in a clean container, and then cover them with a layer of clean sand of 4 ~ 6 cm, which can prevent bacteria in the air from infecting soybeans and help them germinate. When the soybeans burst, cover them with a layer of1~ 2cm sand.
Step 4 water properly
When soybeans germinate in containers, the temperature should be controlled at about 25℃, and some water should be sprayed on the sand every day. Don't water them too much, or the soybeans will rot and turn green and can't germinate. As long as the sand is wetted evenly, soybeans will germinate in about a week.
5. Preventive measures
In the process of soybean germination, it is best not to do it in rainy days or in direct sunlight. Can be placed in a cool and ventilated place, which can effectively prevent soybean from rotting during germination. We can also seal the container so that soybeans can germinate better in the container.
