4 slices of potatoes
250g flour
Clear water 150g
Exercise:
1. Potato, cut into small pieces.
2. Put it into a blender, add 1: 1 water, and paste it.
Step 3: Filter the juice.
4. Take 120g potato juice and make it into 250g flour.
Knead into a smooth dough
6. Cover with a damp cloth 15 minutes.
7. Knead for several times, sprinkle flour on the chopping board, flatten the dough and roll it into thin slices.
8. Cut into even noodles
9. Just shake it by hand.
