College degree or above or equivalent Educational qualifications; \x0d\ 3. 6 years (inclusive) or above of relevant work experience. \x0d\ (2) Senior health manager: \x0d\1. Those who have passed the intermediate health manager qualification certification; \x0d\2. Graduate degree or above or equivalent education certificate; \x0d\3. Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience ;\x0d\4. College degree or above and 3 years of relevant work experience. \x0d\\x0d\Certificate issuance: Those who pass the examination after completing the prescribed courses will be issued a "Health Manager" vocational training certificate from the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. This certificate serves as an important basis for the human resources management department or employer to appoint, hire, assess and evaluate the holder's ability. The certificate can be checked on the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Shortage Talent Training Office website and the Health Manager Training website.
