Ingredients: Tofu (1)
Seasoning: onion (1 root), vinegar (1 tsp), Chili oil (1 tsp), salt (less than half a tsp).

How to make tofu more tasty;
1. Cut the tofu you bought, then rinse it with tap water to remove the beany smell. Then, add boiling water (just soak the tofu) and salt (twice as much as cooking) and soak for half an hour. Alternatively, tofu can be sliced or cut into 2 cm square pieces, which is easy to taste when cooking.
The tofu you just bought contains a lot of water. You can put a slightly heavier object on the plate, then press it on the tofu for about 30 minutes, press the water out of the tofu and cook it. Tofu tastes easier.
3. Prepare a bowl full of boiling water, add a proper amount of salt, and then soak the tofu cut into small pieces in salted boiling water. After 3 minutes, drain the tofu and you can cook it.
