Chaoshan beef chafing dish sand tea sauce is one of the special seasonings in Chaoshan area of Guangdong Province. The following is the method: required ingredients:

-50 grams of dried shrimp

-50 grams of cooked peanuts

-peanut butter150g

-peanut oil100g

-40 grams of minced ginger and garlic.

-Appropriate amount of Chili oil

-Proper amount of sesame oil

-40 grams of soy sauce

-40 grams of rock sugar

-The right amount of salt

Steps:

1. Soak the dried shrimps in clear water 15 minutes, take them out and drain them.

2. Take a pot, add peanut oil and minced ginger and garlic, and stir fry over low heat.

3. Add dried shrimps and cooked peanuts and continue to stir fry.

4. Add rock sugar and stir-fry until the rock sugar melts and becomes caramel color.
