Exercise:
1. Wash the tender chicken, cut it into 5cm square pieces, and put it in a sand bowl with chicken offal and chicken liver. At the same time, use a cup with a capacity of about 80 grams to measure soy sauce, cooking oil and rice wine, add a little ginger and onion, and don't drain the water;
2. Simmer in a charcoal stove and turn it every ten minutes or so to prevent burning;
3. Don't open the lid too much, stew for about half an hour until the marinade is concentrated, pick out the onion and ginger segments, and add a small amount of sesame oil.
Three cups of chicken is a traditional famous dish in Ningdu, Jiangxi Province, which has a history of hundreds of years. Its uniqueness lies in chopping the slaughtered chicken into small pieces when cooking. As for the sand bowl, there is no need to make soup, just mix a cup of sweet rice wine, a cup of sesame oil and a cup of soy sauce and simmer it, hence the name "three cups of chicken". It is famous for its crisp meat, unique flavor, attractive aroma and mellow taste.
