Stick Noodle Porridge Practice:
1. Dice the yam, wash the hawthorn, and soak them both inside lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Remove the mucus from the yam.
2. Inside the casserole with the right amount of water, boil. Put the washed lollipop noodles into it. Keep stirring with a spoon to avoid skimming the pan.
3. When it boils again, add hawthorn and yam. Change to low heat and cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Know until you can't see grainy stick noodles.
4. Before leaving the pot, add appropriate amount of honey. The flavor is better.
