The steps for making stewed tofu are as follows:
1. Cut the prepared tofu into moderately sized tofu pieces.
2. Clean the cabbage and cut it into equal lengths.
3. Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance and let it soften until ready.
4. Cut appropriate amount of pork into thin slices.
5. Heat the oil in the pan and add a little green onion and ginger to the pan.
6. Add pork and fry until oil comes out.
7. Add tofu and stir-fry until it changes color.
8. Add cabbage.
9. Stir fry the cabbage until it becomes soft and water comes out.
10. Add the soaked vermicelli.
11. Add soy sauce, Maggi Xian, water, five-spice powder and salt and stir well.
12. Bring to a boil.
13. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
14. Sprinkle the coriander segments and turn off the heat.
15. Plate and serve.
