Lean meat fried noodles
Recipe:
1. Cut the lean meat into shreds or slices and marinate with soy sauce, salt and ginger
2. Bring the noodles to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the cold water and drain. Add in soy sauce and mix well. Set aside (the noodles will be cooked to about 70% done)
3. Heat the oil in the pan and smooth the lean meat. Scatter and set aside, then add eggs and stir-fry, add green vegetables, bean sprouts and lean meat and stir-fry
4. Add noodles and stir-fry over high heat, add salt, chicken essence, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and stir-fry spicy oil. Stir fry evenly
