Find a big pot, put clean water in it, after the water is boiled, add longan and cook for two minutes, turn off the fire and remove bugs, bacteria and dust on it.
Take out the boiled longan and put it in a big basket, only spread one layer, and don't overlap it, so that every longan can be basked. Put the basket in the most sunny place, and turn the longan frequently during the drying period, so that every side of the longan can be basked.
