Exercise:
1. Pour a little base oil into the pot, fry the pork belly until both sides are slightly burnt, and fry the excess oil; Add onion, ginger and dried pepper and continue to stir fry for more than a dozen times;
2. Pour in potatoes and beans (you can use fresh beans), two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, a proper amount of salt and rock sugar to taste, and stir well;
3. Pour boiling water on the ingredients and cover them with low fire for about 20 minutes;
4. Pour in noodles (you can stew them directly with fresh noodles, I cooked them with alkaline noodles for seven or eight minutes in advance), cover them and continue to stew for two or three minutes;
5. Sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking and mix well.
