1, seed treatment
Collect the remaining durian seeds first, then clean them to accelerate germination. That is, soak the clean durian seeds in clear water for one day and keep the temperature above 25℃. After a day, it can be clearly found that the epidermis of durian seeds has broken marks, indicating that it will germinate, but it is best not to plant it immediately. It is suggested to wait until the buds grow to about 2 cm before planting.
Step 2 prepare pot soil
Prepare an ordinary flowerpot and put it in the soil for about 8 minutes. It is best to keep the soil fertile. Be careful not to press the soil by hand after installation, which may easily cause soil hardening. After the preparatory work is completed, it is necessary to properly water the soil to keep it moist.
3. Plants in flowerpots
After the operation of seeds and pot soil is completed, planting can be carried out. Be careful not to point the bud upward when planting, because it is its root and should be rooted in the soil. At the same time, it is best to arrange it neatly from the inside out to ensure that it meets the planting density. Finally, after planting in the pot, you can also cover the surface with a layer of gravel and spray water to make the seeds and soil completely wet.
4. Light and temperature environment
Durian is a tropical fruit. In order to make seeds germinate quickly, it is necessary to provide a warm growth environment for them. After planting, the temperature should be controlled at about 12-25 degrees Celsius, and durian should be provided with sufficient light during the day to improve its growth rate.
5. Post maintenance
After planting, put it in a cool and high-temperature place for maintenance, without frequent watering. As long as the soil is slightly wet, seedlings can grow in about half a month.
