How to make sliced steamed buns ?
Slice the steamed buns, not too thin, probably about the thickness of your fingers.
An egg is beaten and seasoned with salt.
Dip both sides of the buns in the egg mixture
Add oil to the pan and fry until browned on both sides.
Tips
You can also put only salt in the egg mixture and dip them in pretzel salt (a mixture of pepper flour and salt) after frying.
