Onion fish wonton

Ginger 1g soy sauce 5ml egg 1 onion 10g wonton skin 30 pieces.
Seasoning salt 2g chicken essence 1g shrimp skin 1g sesame oil 2g mineral water 30ml.
Method for making onion fish wonton
