Tools/materials: bitter gourd 300g, lean meat 200g, shredded ginger and garlic, soy sauce 1 tbsp, oyster sauce 2 tbsp, cooking wine 1 tbsp.
0 1 balsam pear washed and sliced, and lean meat sliced. Add appropriate amount of salt, shredded ginger, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 tbsp of cooking wine and marinate for several minutes.
