How to make Steamed Eggs with Clams
Step 1
Soak the clams in salted water and spit out all the mud and sand. Then clean the shells with a brush.
Step 2
Cook a pot of boiling water, add ginger and pour the clams in. Open the shells, then fish them out and set aside.
