Required materials:
- 150g of thin noodles
- 3 green onions
- Ginger moderate
- Minced garlic moderate
- Cooking oil 50ml
- Soy sauce 20ml
- Salt moderate
- Sugar moderate
Methods:
1. Green onion cut into green onion flowers spare, ginger cut into julienne, garlic minced spare.
2. Pour 50ml of oil into the pan, add green onions, shredded ginger, minced garlic, slowly stir-fry over moderate heat until the onion aroma erupts and the color is translucent, turn off the heat.
