2. Wet Bird's Nest: Refrigerator Storage

The temperature of the refrigerator is 0-8 degrees Celsius, which is suitable for the preservation of bird's nests, while the temperature of the freezer is too low, and wet bird's nests placed in the freezer will accelerate the loss of nutrients in bird's nests. Therefore, it is generally recommended to keep the bird's nest in the refrigerated layer.

Wet bird's nests can be stored in a clean container, sealed, protected from water and oil, and can be placed in the fresh or refrigerated area for 7-15 days. The best thing to do is to use as much as you can, and don't send it too much at one time.
