The common staple foods in Turkish restaurants are ground wheat and rice.

Chop onions, green peppers and tomatoes.

How to make lemon honey chicken wings with Turkish wheat rice?
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix lemon juice and honey, mix Chili powder and oil, then evenly spread the two seasonings on chicken wings in turn, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and hay seasoning, put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, and then turn the chicken wings upside down 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.
Roast chicken wings and prepare Turkish wheat rice. Chop the onion and boil a pot of boiling water for later use.
Saute chopped green onion, add bacon and stir-fry until the surface is slightly burnt, then pour in wheat grains, stir a little, add 200ml of boiling water, cover and cook for12min (if the water is found to be dry in the process, continue to heat the water), and stir from time to time to prevent the bottom from burning.
Boil the green beans in a small pot for 5 minutes. Drain the green beans for later use.
When the moisture of wheat is completely boiled 12 minutes, add mung beans, and add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken wings can be replaced with chicken legs or roasted with chicken legs.
If there is no hay seasoning, you can keep it. I strongly recommend tarragon. With it, the whole dish is the finishing touch and the aroma is overflowing.
