How to make lemon honey chicken wings with Turkish wheat rice?

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Mix lemon juice and honey, mix Chili powder and oil, then evenly spread the two seasonings on chicken wings in turn, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and hay seasoning, put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, and then turn the chicken wings upside down 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.

Roast chicken wings and prepare Turkish wheat rice. Chop the onion and boil a pot of boiling water for later use.
