Europe and the United States top ten horror films:
1, "ghost doll Hanako"
There is a very strong traditional horror Japanese flavor, but also see the "Otani". A very old-fashioned school horror movie, although the sense of horror is not so strong, the background is not so immersive in today's view, but it is not lost as a classic work of weirdness. Personally an inspiration for horror movies, there is no substitute!
2, "The Conjuring"
Annabelle is locked in a cabinet, but secretly it seems to still exist with some unknown forces connected. They seem to be waiting, waiting to be seen again. A horror movie without dead people. The plot is very formulaic, but the whole scheduling and context is really mature and precise. A series of Jump scares got me bouncing out of my seat time and time again. Even a second viewing still scares the crap out of me.
3. The Exorcist
I didn't realize that horror movies from the 70's could be made so well, far better than today's shoddy productions. Was the clip of the little girl going down the stairs plagiarized by Spellbound? It is indeed a groundbreaking work, with unique camera tricks and narrative techniques that have been imitated and rarely surpassed. But the writing is really too slow! To satirize the uninformed god-awful attitude of modern medicine, it's quite a fight to do a full hour or so of foreplay.
4, "Saw"
Horror suspense genre can be called perfect, some parts of the script is not polished, ME is too cute. There are a few tense and exciting moments in the middle, ah the indisputable detective. The criminal's IQ is really high. Begging for Adam's last moments to be psychological. All but me have seen the series, and while watching it others said from the bottom of their hearts: it's really good!
5, "Ghosts"
The movie ended with the heroine going to see the hero, the door glass reflects the female ghost riding on the hero's neck this scene is impressive. It's kinda interesting to see it from that angle. The language of the camera is good, and in the end it all echoes back and forth, the plot is complete and logical, which is already considered to be a rare thing in horror movies.
6, "Silent Hill"
While the heroine came to a strange place, see what are clues to the plot let me a little speechless, but the last little girl in the witch's body under the "rain of blood" shots or let me shocked. Horror relies on the environment and monsters to set the mood. This is probably the tradition of American horror.
7, "Dead Silence"
Wen Ziren may like this kind of villains have all the end of the big reversal of the plot, right, the scene is really very beautiful, the theater like a stage play scene. In fact, see more Wen Ziren's works, think this kind of ending and reversal is really moderate, but is the male lead girlfriend died of that section is a bit scary.
8, "the old village corpse"
Really childhood shadow, when I was a child to see scared enough. But I can't remember where it was scary. After revisiting it, I feel that it is moderate. Asian horror movie formula is to first create suspense, a series of bizarre murders, and then slowly unravel the suspense, talking about karma, or grudges, this film is obviously nothing outstanding.
9, "The Midnight Murderer"
Hidden in the details of daily life, the suspense, so that the fear of the unknown as the shadow, just as between people and the infinite transfer of malice. There are no scary scenes on the whole, only the occasional sound effects reminding me that this is a horror movie, and the early part of the movie is actually completely suspenseful. Therefore, Japanese and American horror films definitely bring different viewing experiences to the audience. Loved Nanako Matsushima's portrayal in the movie.
10, "Spellbound"
Spellbound series of that little boy is really too classic, when I watched the TV version, that is the real spellbound, the shadow of the psyche lasted for years. This version is average, but it surpasses most horror movies.
"Curse grudges are curses left behind by people who died harboring strong grudges, and are stored up in the places that person touched during his or her lifetime, and new curses will be created when the person who touched the curse dies." Very well explained.
