(1) Wash chicken wings and ginger onion, slice ginger, break onion, fry ginger onion;

2. Sauté ed beef with onion
Ingredients: 5g beef, one green onion and a little garlic.
Practice:
(1) Slice beef, add egg white, cooking wine, soy sauce, marinate for 1 minutes, and add starch and cooking oil;
(2) Stir-fry half the shredded onion and minced garlic after the oil in the pan is hot. Add beef and stir-fry until it is nearly done. Add the remaining onion, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, white pepper and sesame oil. Stir fry, out of the pot.
3. Garlic-flavored duck nuggets
