Practice
1. Rinse the prunes with water to remove impurities, and put them into a large pot with water until they are just submerged in the prunes
2. Bring the pot to a boil over a high heat, then turn the heat to a low boil, and at the same time, use the back of the spoon to constantly crush the prunes (this step is a bit hard, and the temperature is high and hot, so be careful!
3. After crushing all the prunes, turn off the heat, take a pot and a leaky net, and use the back of the spoon to press hard to filter out the prune residue
4. Mix the filtered prune juice with sugar according to your personal taste, and then put it in the refrigerator to cool down.
