The practice of homemade alms cake
Raw materials:
1, Bozai cake powder
2. White sugar
3. Clean drinking water
4, red beans, corn kernels, cranberries and other accessories
Formula:
200g of glutinous rice cake powder, 40g of white sugar and 440ML of water.
Steps:
1. Weigh the raw materials according to the proportional formula. First, take one third of the water in the formula, boil it and stir it to dissolve the white sugar. After cooling, mix it with the remaining two thirds of the water, pour it into a container filled with glutinous rice cake powder, and stir it while pouring it, until it is completely stirred evenly, that is, it becomes powder slurry for use.
2. Before making the glutinous rice cake paste, put a proper amount of water in the pot to boil. Turn off the low heat after the water in the pot boils.
3. Stir the prepared glutinous rice cake paste and pour it into each bowl (if you don't buy that kind of tile, use these cake shells instead). Each bowl is 80% full. Shake and shake the kettle halfway to avoid precipitation of the paste in the pot. At the same time, auxiliary materials such as red beans, corn kernels and cranberries can be added.
4. After filling the slurry, cover it with medium and small fire, and steam it for about 15 minutes.
