Black bean sprouts:
Raw materials required:
Mung beans, soybeans, and black beans are all acceptable, but they must be new this year and have not been refrigerated. , Coca-Cola plastic bottles, sunshade cloth, paper boxes, plastic bags
The steps are as follows:
1. Soak the beans for about 24 hours to prepare bean sprouts. I don’t have soybeans and If you have mung beans, just use black beans. After peeling off the skin, they are still soybeans, hehe. . .
2. Prepare a plastic bottle and drill a few holes under the Coca-Cola bottle (so that the water poured every day will not accumulate in the bottle and ensure the freshness of the bean sprouts) and cut off the tapered part of the bottle mouth. , to ventilate the bottle and pour water. PS: For the holes at the bottom of the bottle, I used pliers to heat the nails on the fire while cooking, and then drilled them.
3. First prepare a plastic bag that can hold all your bottles and a small tray.
4. Put the tray into the plastic bag. The size is just right. If there is no tray, you can also find another substitute. This is to prevent the bottle from being put into the plastic bag. The bottom of the bottle is not breathable. Bean sprouts tend to go bad and discolored easily.
5. Put the soaked beans into a bottle, usually one-fifth of the height of the bottle, leaving enough room for the bean sprouts to grow.
6. After installing it, flush the water on the faucet like this,
7. Let the water flow out
8. Until there is no dripping. Do this for every bottle. .
PS: From now on, you must repeat steps 4.5.6 three times a day. The water must be controlled so that there is no dripping. Otherwise, the beans will go bad easily. If the home is very hot, you can wash them four or even five times a day.
9. After flushing, put the bottles into plastic bags.
10. Put the plastic bag containing the bottle into this handbag. This handbag is thicker and opaque (you can also use a paper box instead)
Paper shell It must not be transparent. If mung beans are exposed to light, they will turn red and bitter, and soybeans and black beans will turn green.
11. Find a piece of cloth. If the cloth is not transparent, it can be thinner. Mine is a bit It can transmit light, so I folded N layers until it is opaque
If you fold the cloth in several layers, it must not be transparent. If mung beans are exposed to light, they will turn red and bitter, and soybeans and black beans will turn green.
12. Then soak the prepared cloth with water, twist it until it does not drip, and cover it on the bottle to ensure breathability and moisture retention. Tuck both sides down to avoid light leakage
13. Then slightly stagger the openings of the plastic bags to prevent the home from drying out too quickly.
Tips:
Repeat steps 6, 7, and 8 three times a day from now on. The water must be controlled so that there is no dripping. Otherwise, the beans will go bad easily. If the home is very hot, you can wash them four or even five times a day.
