Main Ingredients
Two small chicken breasts, one scallion
One spoon of soy sauce or Japanese soy sauce, one spoon of sugar
One spoon of white wine or sake, two strips of seaweed
Osaka-yaki sauce or teriyaki sauce in moderation
Steps to Make Japanese Chicken Meatballs
1.? Mince a small chicken breast into chicken puree
2.? Put the green onion together and chop it
3.? Put the mashed chicken into a bowl and add sugar, soy sauce and white wine
4.? Stir clockwise and mix vigorously
5.? Coat your hands with a little oil and form the chicken into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet
6.? Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, then coat with okonomiyaki sauce and broil for another 5 minutes
7.? Serve on skewers
8.? Put seaweed slices on top and drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce
9.? Don't put salt, the sauce has a salty flavor
10. Steam it if you don't have an oven
