Cut the beef into pieces, blanch it to remove the blood, and pick it up for later use.
Stir-fry the garlic and onion, then pour in the beef, pour in the wine, stir-fry, move to a stew pot, add two to three times more water than the meat, and stew the meat with low fire (about 1 hour).
