Cooked glutinous rice flour 65g low gluten flour 35g liquor 8g.

Tools: cooking basin/egg pumping/plastic wrap/silicone paper/moon cake mold/Hayes K5 air oven (household oven is also acceptable).

7. Put the convergent position face down into the baking tray covered with silicone oil paper, and do it in turn. (Tip: If the skin is a little sticky, roll it around in the hand powder to remove the excess powder. )

8. Pressing and molding with a moon cake mold.

9. Spray a thin layer of water on the surface, put it in a preheated oven, set it at 200 degrees and bake it for about 5 minutes.
