Haimen City is Jiangsu Province.
Haimen District, belonging to Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, is located in southeastern Jiangsu Province, the north bank of the Yangtze River, northeast of the Yellow Sea, south of the Yangtze River, southeast of Chongming District, Shanghai, east of Qidong City, bordering on the west and north of Nantong Tongzhou District, Chongchuan District, and Shanghai across the river, with a total area of 1148.71 square kilometers.
