1. Beef chopped, peanuts broken or cut in half.
2. Pour as much oil as normal stir-fry in a pan, turn on low heat, stir-fry the ground beef, brown the peanuts and continue to stir-fry, then put the chili pepper pieces.
3. Pour in the soybean paste and simmer for a while. Start the pan and put it in a jar of soy sauce and cover it while it's hot.
4. Cool naturally and refrigerate for up to 10 days for the flavors to seep in.
Tips
The beef can be blended in a blender or chopped by hand. It will be more flavorful and chewy if it is not too minced. Raw peanuts should be fried first. Chili can be bought in crushed chili flakes, or buy dried chili and puree it in a blender. If you like the flavor of chili oil, you can fry the chili peppers in oil on super low heat beforehand. For the sauce, I used Haitian soybean paste, there is a spicy version, so you don't need to use chili peppers in that one. You can also use sweet noodle sauce, which will be a bit sweeter, but beef and soy sauce go better together
