Materials: yellow peach, rock sugar (white sugar), appropriate amount of water
Both rock sugar and white sugar can be used, just choose according to personal needs.
Preparation method:
1. Wash the yellow peach with clean water and air-dry the moisture.
2. Use tools to remove the skin of the yellow peach.
3. Cut the yellow peach into large pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes.
4. Put peach pieces in an oil-free pot, add appropriate amount of rock sugar (or white sugar or mixed) and water.
5. After the fire comes to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes and turn off the heat.
6. Let cool and then put it into a container and eat it directly.
