1/2 cups sesame paste
1/4 cups of soy sauce
1/4 cups of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Chili sauce in red oil
2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/4 glass of water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Exercise:
Mix sesame sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and Chili sauce with red oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, water and sesame oil, and stir well.
If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with water or chicken soup.
You can adjust the proportion according to your personal taste and add other ingredients, such as bean paste, peanut butter and chopped green onion.
Precautions:
In order to make more traditional noodle sauce, it is suggested to use pure raw materials, such as soybean, sesame, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and try to keep artificial stirring when making it, so that the ingredients and seasonings are fully mixed and the taste is more intense.
Adjust the proportion and taste according to personal taste. If you like a stronger taste, you can reduce the amount of water added appropriately.
If the sauce is too salty, you can add some sugar or vinegar to adjust the taste.
