Steps
1. Remove the rotten sides of a Chinese cabbage and wash it.
2. Take half a cabbage, cut it into thin strips, and try to choose the top of the cabbage.
3. Add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, and sugar, but do not stir yet.
4. Add shredded green onion. Heat the oil in a pan, add shredded chili peppers and stir-fry the red oil, then pour it into the cabbage basin.
5. Stir evenly while hot. Just add the coriander segments before stirring.
Tips
1. Try to choose the tip of the cabbage, as the cabbage is not very delicious when served cold.
2. Do not stir before adding the chili oil. The cabbage will quickly become watery when exposed to salt, so just mix well before serving.
3. You can also pour ready-made chili oil.
