Ingredients: tomato 2.5 kg, red pepper 1 kg.
Seasoning: salt 250g, garlic 250g, ginger 250g, monosodium glutamate 50g, yellow sauce120g, sugar 250g.
Exercise:
Wash and peel tomatoes for later use;

Put the prepared monosodium glutamate, salt and sugar into the sauce and stir well with a spoon.
It is easier to keep the sauce in a clean glass bottle or in a sealed fresh-keeping box.
