Whole milk 250 ml
Camellia sinensis var. assamica 7 grams
Camel cheese powder 10g
Cream15ml
20g of honey or sugar
Condensed milk 10g
Water 200 ml
How to make cheese milk tea?
Pour 200ml of hot water into 7g of Assam black tea (or Ceylon black tea) and boil the tea for about 90 seconds.
Filter the boiled black tea water, first add 10g cheese powder (which must be camel orange cheese powder) and 15ML light cream, and then stir to make the cheese powder and light cream blend evenly in the hot tea.
Add 250ML whole milk, condensed milk 10g and 20g honey (or sugar).
Shake with a shaker or water bottle until dense milk bubbles appear.

1. Black tea should not be boiled for too long, otherwise it will be bitter.
